My Mindful Morning Routine

I am the type of person that unless I have planned out what I am going to do, I will end up procrastinating my way out of it. That's why I need a morning routine. Also having a morning routine means I can wake up earlier and instead of staring at nothing for two hours, I can be productive with my time. Waking up early also means I feel more ready to interact with people throughout the day.

 6.00:   wake up, hydrate, stretch, make bed
 6.10:   plan out daily to do
 6.15:   pray + read the bible
 6.30:   put on outfit + eye makeup
 6.50:   quick pinterest scroll
 7.00:   breakfast :)
 7.20:   toilet + skincare + brush teeth + concealer
 7.40:   MeTime = read book, pinterest, etc.
 8.00:   get on with my day

After 8.00AM my day varies - I might study or exercise but the majority of the time I'm getting ready to leave the house.

Apart from everything listed above I do some other things as well:
+ declutter 
     Sometimes I declutter during my MeTime, as it helps me to be less anxious.
+ smile 
     One of the first things I do when I wake up is smile - there's nothing like a positive start to the day.
+ exercise your brain
      A quick sudoku or puzzle can exercise your brain.
+ natural light 
      Natural light can really help you to feel more awake.
+ morning playlist 
      Good songs to gently wake you up and get you ready for the day ahead.
+ meditation
      Being grounded gives my morning the flow it needs.
